We only collect what's needed to quote, schedule, and carry out your service.

• Preparing and sending accurate service quotes.
• Contacting you about bookings, pick-up times, or additional mechanical issues found during a service.
• Meeting our bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax obligations under Australian law.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Quote requests and contact messages submitted through this website are stored in a Supabase-hosted database (Supabase Inc.), a third-party database provider we use to securely record and manage customer enquiries. Supabase may store and process this data on servers located outside Australia — see Supabase's own privacy policy for details on their data handling and hosting locations.

5. Email Communications

When we send you a quote confirmation or respond to your enquiry, these emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the email address and message content necessary to deliver that communication to you.

6. Third-Party Services & Embedded Content

Our website embeds a Google Maps view of our workshop location and links out to our Google Business Profile for directions and reviews. Interacting with these embedded or linked features is subject to Google's own privacy policy, and Google may set its own cookies independent of this site.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Your browser may temporarily cache non-personal site preferences locally on your device to support normal site functionality. Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps) may set its own cookies, as described above.
